About crystal Richards
Principal & Owner Misfit Project Manager, Xennial
My name is
Crystal Richards and I train people to be better project managers. I am a
certified project management professional (PMP), a PMI agile certified
practitioner, and I have over 20 years of experience in healthcare management
and project management working with private- and public-sector clients.
I've been in your shoes. And I know what it's like to stress out and burn out on projects.
My focus is to help overwhelmed teams improve their project management skills (traditional and agile) so they can lead projects with clarity, courage, and confidence.

Not your average speaker
Other people get in front of people to talk. I get in front of people to teach. With audiences such as the Digital PM Summit and the University of Maryland PM Symposium, you and your team can also learn ways to be better project managers.
What conference and workshop participants say
Crystal is a dynamic speaker and trainer. I met Crystal at the Digital Project Manager Summit and she rocked the stage. I left her keynote understanding that I am in control of my career and happiness.
Crystal spoke at the BU PMiP conference and her sessions were one of my favorites. She presented on workplace politics and shed a new perspective on it and how we can use it to our advantage. She was engaged and focused in her message. Keep up the good work Crystal!
I have been spoiled by Crystal. She ran a PM training class and her approach was topnotch! She did an amazing job engaging the whole class and made us all have a firm understanding of the topics. I would bring her into any company at any level to conduct her training services. She is a superstar in my book.

Training is what I do best. As a trainer, I want to "spark" ideas into action. My goal is to provide learning opportunities to take back to your workplaces for immediate application and transformation.
